7.1 We aim to eradicate or control the Relevant Pests based on the type of pest, location, and safety issues.
7.2 We identify ourselves before starting work and will not commence without your consent.

8.1 Mouse Hunter warrants that the treatment will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

Rodent Treatments
Before the first visit, ensure the property is tidy, remove bird feeders, and comply with other instructions provided.
We will treat the premises with the intention of controlling rodents. The price is per room or commercial unit.
We may need up to three visits, as determined by our technicians, to effectively treat the area.
We require access to remove any remaining rodenticides after the treatment ends.
We are not responsible for the removal of dead rodents or any damage caused by the presence of rodents.
While we may provide additional advice for pest prevention, we are not obligated to do so and will not be liable for any such advice given.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge understanding and agreeing to comply with the requirements and limitations stated herein. Mouse Hunter reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website.
